@RoveConcepts I had the WORST experience with Rove. I ordered a dining table which took TWO months to come in. When I set it up at home, it had two very visible and deep scratches in my WHITE table.

@RoveConcepts just lost a client who would've spent $10s of thousands there. A pkg was many months late, so we had a renter sign for it & put in garage. Pkg was very damaged and bolts were missing. $30 to "make an exception" to send me the bolts, as if that's doing me a favor. 🖕
