@roverdotcom_uk just lost our dog and thought we would register as sitters - at least for a while. Unfortunately your system wouldn’t accept our address (finally sorted out through chat) and then wouldn’t take payment (not sorted yet - awaiting en email in 24-72 hours)…

@roverdotcom_uk Hi Rover do you have a definition of a dog/pet owner. If the appointment is made in a family members name not the owner does this change anything or for example the rover guarantee as it’s booked through there the son is owner but mother has made reservation ?
