@TeamYouTube Why is it more times than not if I upload a 4K Short from mobile it caps out at 1080P? And even if I do finally see 4K in Studio viewers get capped at 1080P?

Star Trek: Voyager “Endgame” is the greatest series finale of all time. Every character was given a positive finality, the enemy was defeated and Captain Janeway fulfilled her promise to return her crew home. No finale can ever beat that final shot of Janeway looking at Earth.
