It’s been a massive weight off my shoulders. Because scaling doesn’t just require hustle—it requires leadership. And leadership means making space, not filling every space. It takes time, trust, and a whole lot of letting go.

Delegation has been one of the hardest parts of this journey—because in a startup, you wear every hat. From creative to operations, product to marketing, I’ve lived in that space of jumping from task to task, running on instinct and adrenaline.

But this past week something shifted. I finally started letting go—delegating properly, building trust in the people around me, and creating systems that don’t rely on me being everywhere at once.
