The Universe is inherently benevolent. It expands and supports whatever our intentions are. This is why we must understand our shadow because our shadow has a say on our intentions too.

Some people are “later wave” by design - and in many ways, their path can be more supported because of the consciousness that’s already been anchored. So if someone you love isn’t where you are right now, it doesn’t mean they won’t be. It just means their timing is different. Your work isn’t to pull them forward - it’s to stay anchored in your own truth. That’s what actually creates the conditions for others to shift, if and when they’re ready. And from that place, it becomes clear whether you’re meant to stay or not.

Nothing about this split in reality is fixed or final. These aren’t permanent timelines people get locked into. Timelines are fluid - people can shift, choose differently, and awaken at any point. Sometimes it happens gradually, sometimes overnight. And not everyone is meant to move through the same level of intensity at the same time. If we all did, it would be overwhelming to the movement as a whole. There’s a natural timing to awakening. (cont.)

As the split in realities becomes more defined in the coming years, both will continue to exist as part of the human experience. The organic and inorganic timelines will be present simultaneously. There will be many who remain in the inorganic timeline (chaos/distortion/separation) because there is still something there for them to experience, learn from, or move through. Part of our work is learning to choose what is true for our own expansion- even when others, especially those we hold dearly, choose a different path. And to hold acceptance for their path, so we’re not trying to pull someone out of a reality they are still choosing - consciously or not.

Your nervous system doesn’t trust you because you don’t trust you. And you don’t trust you because you’ve forgotten the truth of who you are. A divine being of light - capable of creating your reality. As you remember that this infinite source lives within you, your system learns: I am resourced from within. I am safe with me. And from there- everything changes.

Collective timeline shifts don’t happen randomly. They occur when enough people begin to feel worthy of more. Worthy of a different way of living. Worthy of deeper truth. Worthy of creating, not just inheriting, reality. On the individual level, everything changes when we’ve cultivated enough inner worth to choose differently - to stop outsourcing our power, to stop deferring to hierarchy, to stop waiting for permission. We begin to source from within. And when that shift happens in enough people at once, it moves the collective field.

In the new way, we learn to create from wholeness not survival.

What keeps our frequency low: • Fear • Hopelessness • Numbness / disconnection • Overstimulation • Constant distraction Is it any wonder the old systems benefit from keeping us overwhelmed, reactive, and disconnected from ourselves and each other? This isn’t about being “high vibe” all the time. It’s about cultivating awareness - so we can recognize when we’ve dipped into lower states for an extended time. Whether we acknowledge it or not - this is a frequency game. Everything is energy. Our attention is our greatest resource…and where we place it, we amplify.

The solar flares that came in on April 25 were significant - some of the strongest in this current solar cycle. These shifts are now even greater and more profound, resulting in massive quantum leaps. Remember - we are becoming more sensitive as the ratio of light within the body increases. So yes, we are feeling these shifts in a more potent way. Breathe. You are right on time. And if you feel messy, that’s part of the unraveling of the old way.

As we remember our multidimensional nature, AI doesn’t become the dominant intelligence - it becomes one layer within a much larger field we are part of. In the organic timeline, everything moves us toward recognizing and claiming the divine spark within us. And from that recognition, the future opens in ways no current model can predict. We are quantum, dimensional beings of light- and the moment we remember, everything changes.

Heightened solar activity rn including recent X-Class flares. I’m noticing big physical reactions: dizziness, upset stomach, head pressure, wired/tired. Remember to ask your body what it needs and listen. Our body does so much to support us and it too is going through big changes in order to hold higher frequencies. Send the body some extra love and be kind to you.

The consciousness available on this planet has reached a level where negative forces can no longer control us in the same ways as before. This doesn’t mean they disappear - it means we have to take full responsibility for the state we hold. As long as we’re pulled into infighting, tribal warfare, and reactive blame, we’re still playing by the old rules. And when we do, we remain in that same timeline. These next phases aren’t about fighting harder. They’re about recognizing that the New Way is already here - within us. And all we have to do is choose it. Moment by moment. In our thoughts, our actions, and what return to. Love or fear.

As more of us begin to see the centralized power structures that have been operating in the shadows - creating the illusion of separate parties and countries - the real question becomes: What does it look like to be less manipulable? It looks like becoming deeply inner-resourced. * Emotional regulation - so outrage doesn’t hijack us * Clear thinking - so we don’t unconsciously agree to inverted narratives * The ability to stand alone - so we’re not pulled into group think * Sensitivity to subtle energy - so we can feel what is true beyond optics * The capacity for range - without slipping into ideological purity tests Most of us stop at awareness. Few move into embodied autonomy - rooted in the remembrance that the divine is alive within all of us. That’s what this moment is asking of us.

Even “mistakes” can move us forward. We’ve all been conditioned away from truth - and that takes time to unwind. We don’t have to always get it right. Our highest and lowest timelines are available to us in any given moment, and often it’s the “mistakes” that cue us into what feels true and what doesn’t. This earth school is very forgiving - once we’re committed to seeing clearly and offering ourselves grace as we unwind from distortion.

When collective timelines are in flux like they are right now, the field isn’t stable enough to reliably tune into the timeline you’ll actually land in. So the information you receive can be accurate for a timeline but not necessarily the one that ends up stabilizing for you. That’s why it can feel off, inconsistent, or quickly outdated. It’s less about your ability to receive, and more about the instability of what you’re trying to read or tune into.

Breathe. We are moving through one of the biggest timeline shifts our bodies have ever known. Feet on the earth. Hand on the heart. I am exactly where I need to be. I am right on time.

We’ll begin to see more people move away from chasing peak states and toward building inner capacity. Peak states without capacity keep us chasing instead of becoming. And what we are doesn’t need to be reached - only recognized.

Learning to find the balance between staying aware and giving our life force (attention) to a dying paradigm. There is an organic timeline and an inorganic timeline, and over the coming years, each timeline will become more formed, exist in parallel and offer completely different realities. Where we place our attention creates our agreements. And through the power of freewill, we each get to choose.

Heightened energies creating heightened tensions and emotions as density is stirred. Physical body pain may be activated right now. Feet on the earth, hand on the heart. Breathe. Be here now. That helps to integrate and metabolize all that is moving through you and the greater grid.

Leaping before the next step is revealed isn’t easy. But it’s how we build true faith, root into self-trust, restore inner safety, and learn to dance with the benevolence of life. It’s a practice. And with every leap, life opens beyond what we could imagine.
