1. Middle mouse button = Orbit Hold it and drag. This is how you rotate the view. If you don't have a middle mouse button, enable "Emulate 3 Button Mouse" in Preferences. 2. Shift + Middle mouse = Pan Move the view left/right/up/down without rotating. 3. Scroll wheel = Zoom But here's the trick: scroll slowly. Fast scrolling overshoots every time.

Blender render taking forever? Before anything else, check two things: → Render Properties → Sampling → Lower to 128-256 → Enable the Denoiser (OpenImageDenoise) This cuts most render times by 50-70% with nearly identical quality.
