@Kory_TTS Nice! I didn’t do the tallow thing yet but think I will next time and add that in at wrap. It was a hit with everyone. Holy Cow from Meat Church turned out perfect bark. Here’s to brisket sammiches for lunch tomorrow 💪🏼

@royalewithchief It was for other people too so I kept it light on the black pepper vs normal. Then Kosmos Q Cow Cover. Finished with Kosmos Texas Beef. Kosmos Brisket mop binder and again at wrap. Also made tallow from the fat I used at wrap. How’d yours turn out?

Turned out phenomenal.

Turned out pretty well! Great flavor. Used Meat Church Holy Cow. Flat could have been a little juicier but point was absolutely perfect. 3rd time doing brisket.

@Kory_TTS 22hrs total on mine. About to take it out the cooler and unwrap for slicing. We’ll see how it turned out!

It’s gon be more like 20 with the rest and all.

@PlayByPlayGuy1 @schultzy012 Yup. Baum is better than most minor league stadiums and the fans always show up and show out. Rare to even find tix in the stands. Usually Hog Pen outfield only.

If you love OU baseball like I do then you need to go see a road game in an SEC stadium and really find out what the program is up against
