This deck by @FuzzySec drops more knowledge than you will find in the official docs. I'm looking forward to watching the talk. PS. I didn't realise that my site l graphpermissions.merill.net (referenced in the deck) was popular with red teamers. The reason I made the site (and keep it up to date as Graph API changes) is to help blue teamers easily evaluate the scope of the permissions they are granting to an app. This made me wonder. What proportion of red teamers vs blue teamers use my other 'convenience' apps I built to make life easier for admins and blue teamers. For example, using the manual generation option in idPowerToys.com to generate a visual view of a tenant's CA policies... Combine that with @DrAzureAD's cmdlet to read CA policies as a non-admin user 👀
