Saw a girl crying because her husband didn’t get her flowers for their first eid, then called her materialistic for it & told her to go back to her parents’ house. Ending up with someone who isn’t gentle with your feelings is genuinely a nightmare. May الله protect us

ofc most men who post their womenfolk don't do it bcs they want to show their wives, daughters, mothers etc. (i hope), but this doesn't exclude the fact that they KNOW other men

If you want to lose fat, you need to create a deficit somehow
