Just finished work for the day gonna head the gym in an hour!!!!!

Done a big work out in the gym today another two before sat so i can drink all day for the Heini Final come on leinster!!!

Just got home from work long day to make up for yesterday heading to football with the lads in 20 hurragh for football!!!!

Debating on wether or not to go to McGowans but i have work in the morning arghhhh i'd love a pint!!!!
