@KnappYard Now that the high court has a conservative majority thanks to Trump, it seems like it is taking up these knit-picky cases to assert its dominance over the rival party.

@KnappYard From what I can tell, it started when Colorado, based on its own state anti-discrimination law, tried to punish a woman who refused to build wedding websites for gay couples. She argued it was against her faith and sued based in First Amendment infringement.
