World’s immigrants’ Dream of American - America where everybody is born equal with equal opportunity. That’s why we have more immigrants per capita, diversity, & equity than most other nations. That’s why they keep on coming. Freedom, hope, & ambition are universal solvents.

Physicians accept fewer Medicaid patients for 2 reasons: 1) as much as 40% lower payments than Medicare & private patients; & 2) obstacles to payment which in as much as 20% less payment for submitted Medicaid bills. Why bill Medicaid if it doesn’t cover overhead?

U.S. is free-wheeling, inconsistent, sometimes unjust, overly ambitious, diverse, capitalistic society with blessings and curses. It is melting pot in which all ethnic groups do not melt at same speed.
