Hooray! Hooray! it is the 4th of July, time to light up the patriotic sky, time for national national HI-FI, time to give other parties their due, time to listen to other points of view, time to abandon your biases, time to forgo your self-righteousness, time to celebrate U.S.

There are 1 billion patient-physician encounters annually. To each patient, physician should say: get vaccinated! There is no rational excuse not to.

By refusing to be vaccinated against Covid-19, vaccine refusniks are increasing odds of their deaths and disease and those of others.

In listing reasons for doubling of life spans from 40 to 80 over past years, I neglected to mention role host of vaccines in ending or eliminating various childhood and adult diseases.

Why life spans have doubled from 40 to 80 over last 100 years? - sewage control - decrease infant deaths - antibiotics - drop in diabetes deaths - decline in smoking - hypertension control - avoidance of addictive agents - walking & strength exercise awareness

Physicians accept fewer Medicaid patients for 2 reasons: 1) as much as 40% lower payments than Medicare & private patients; & 2) obstacles to payment which in as much as 20% less payment for submitted Medicaid bills. Why bill Medicaid if it doesn’t cover overhead?

Equity. It’s our North Star...We’ve committed two billion doses to poorest countries of world. Just this week, we partnered with U.S. government to deliver at least 500 million of those doses. Now, we are one step closer to ending this global health crisis. Pfizer Ad.

In Association of Physician of Physician Leaders,we physicians have ourselves as society leaders. As such, I think we ought to push the hell out of global vaccination as the only clean and comprehensive way of Covid-19 pandemic thru letters to editor, speeches, etc.

What is greatest achievement of humanity? What is best thing we’ve ever done? It is increase in longevity in last 100 years. 40 in 1880, 50 by 1900, 60 by 1930, 70 by 1960, and 80 by 2010. Global life expectancy in 2019 was 72.6 years, How long for you? Hang in there.
