Closing arguments are tomorrow and then jumping in the car to make it to the council meeting. It will be an exhausting day.

In Laguna with Carrol. Walking on beach every morning. Boy does she walk fast.

With Chenin Dow as my driver, we won the potato race. The Vice-Mayor filed a protest. His potatoes were baked potatoes. He blames me.

Sherry Marquez came in 3rd. She hit the gear shift with her foot throwing it into neutral in the final seconds. She almost won.

Just finished a trial against founder of Guess Jeans. The verdict for defamation and infliction of emotional distress. $370,000,000.

Went to a funeral yesterday. Saw a sea of white heads and then realized one of them was mine. Our time here is too short.

UCLA is going to fix my heart today. Dr. will try to put in stents but thinks they will have to crack my chest. He must think I'm a nut.

Great news is they did not crack my chest. Bad news is where they insert the tubes and how many people watch when at a teaching hospital.

Just got back from NY City Marathon. We should have a Lancaster Marathon. It brought thousands of people into the city.
