@rrjashim @davhry9 I'd tend to agree with you, but when it comes to Minato a lot of his speed was attributed to FR. Im not saying he isnt faster than Raikage (in most cases), but i am saying that his title of the fastest is tied to teleportation a lot, so details are up to debate

Most people still struggle to understand that reaction is not really speed Reaction can be measured in speed But if said reaction doesn’t constitute any real movement. Then it’s can’t be considered as “faster” It’s just a case of better reaction

@davhry9 He doesn't need to differentiate. When an author tries to establish a fact he isn't gonna dance around it. Its an open and shut statement. Not something that's vague and up for discussion.

@davhry9 That's just bs. You cannot be making fool out of someone like raikage just with reaction speed. Raikage called minato faster. The authors intention was to show minato faster. But here we are trying to say both author and the raikage is wrong.

@davhry9 That's just going too literal on things. If the author calls them faster they will obviously mean overall faster. Separating between different terms of speed is something we do. The author is gonna care about that and if he outwrite says someone is faster he means overall

@rrjashim when power scaling you just have to be more technical Remember authors don’t power scale They won’t tell you “raikage has faster movement but minato has better reaction and teleportation🤓” If raikage can’t catch minato, they’d just tell you minato is faster

@davhry9 If you mean raikage gas faster travel speed then I agree. But minato is unarguably faster than raikage in combat and reaction speed. Raikage's reaction to naruto blitzing him and comparing it to minato should give you the answer to the fact that minato is faster
