@queensofbravo Condescending was when Erika didn’t show up to Dorits event and couldn’t even let her know, treating her subhuman. Let’s be real here. Dorit finally got to see who Erika is and has been for awhile now. A cold human being who thinks of herself only.

Congrats @AlaskaAir on continuing to have really bad customer service. It’s people like Katie who really help you lose customers. It’s never great to treat your customers like they are unintelligent.

Hey @AlaskaAir is it normal for your representatives to just stop responding? Going on 30 minutes and “Katie” just decided to stop responding. As if I’m nothing. Not even worthy of a goodbye or to ask me to hold.

You need to teach and instruct your crew to learn how to give updates. Even if they don’t have one, then say that. Don’t just make your passengers wait on a tarmac with no communication. Such horrible communication.

Once again @AlaskaAir giving some pretty horrible customer service. Flight is supposed to be from San Diego to Hawaii and because of winds said we needed to divert to San Jose to refuel. They told us it should be quick and we’d take off 16 min ago. No update. They never do.

It’s wild seeing social media beg RHOBH to have a season with no toxic drama and lots of glam and then when they finally get a season with low stakes drama, personal storylines and fabulous rich trips, they complain it’s so boring… sigh…

@Samhive01 Just binge it from the beginning. They had a low budget so there aren’t that many episodes but they are all friends and so it would be like starting VPR at season 4. Doable but a lot you don’t know about.
