Crossing the floor as an elected MP or MLA/MPP should require immediate scheduling of a by-election, regardless of individual(s) or party/parties involved. A constituency decision, particularly voted only months earlier, cannot be so disregarded without its registered and binding response. That written, Pierre Poilievre clearly faces headwind within the CPC.

Good news for farmers: today, @CIPO_Canada made it possible for producers to get "fast tracked" trademarks by - for the first time - adding major cash crops to its list of preapproved business descriptions. Applying for TMs now easier, more certain, and processed faster.
