In sprinting, bench isn’t the most important lift but I find it important to keep my upper body strength for personal motivation & overall strength. For me, it’s worth benching about twice a week, especially on the days where my legs need a recovery day. 185lbs x 5 💪🏽🧱

05/27/23 STATE CHAMPION After a huge pr in the prelims yesterday I capped off my state meet with a gold medal. This is a dream come true and I am extremely proud of my achievements!
