@booktoss @rsforsey I like to talk with the children and get to know what they like and don't like. Also make them feel they have power/agency with their reading choices. Recommend them several titles and they can choose one or two they might like.

@rsforsey @booktoss Hey! If you are in the Boston-area you can stop by my library branch and we can start identifying "good" or "great" books that might work for the 3rd graders. We need to know their genre/topics of interest to find the best fit! :)
