This is the worst possible thing DLSS could become. It obliterates the artistic intent of any game, overwriting it with whatever the AI model dreams up. Games with this implementation of DLSS will never look the way they were meant to.

Today I got my @pop_os_official install working with my hitbox. I played ranked MBTL without issues. Windows has lost its hold on me. I am free.

@HamHarder I wonder if some of it comes from just being online too much and not going to a local to experience what the modern culture is really like. I find the people with the most chill takes are the people who show up every week because their goal is to play the game and have fun.

I need to know from the old people in the FGC considering I am closer to y'all than the youth of the community. After a certain point when you get really bitter for some uncertain reason and just become this dude? Is it like a foregone conclusion? Unblockable?

More events is more good for more people.

When I was 16 years old, I watched Evo and thought "i wish i could be there one day!". But it was impossible, being from Italy at that age, unless your parents were crazy rich. I had to wait 15 more years to achieve that moment. I had countless training partners dreaming to go Evo like me during the years. Not everyone was as lucky as me and able to attend Evo. Most of them now are just retired and had only local community events in their memories. The fact that now a 16 years old player from a country outside the american continent can achieve that dream way easier than me and especially the fact multiple kids could make it and not only one, looks to me like a great thing. I am very happy of this EVO announcement.

The people driving the ship are the right people. Keep cautious optimism paired with high expectations. I'm excited to find out what the locals support looks like.
