@Target 1 of 4 - I have been trying to return an unopened/unused vacuum cleaner my wife bought for nearly two weeks. We could not find the receipt and on visit #1 attempted to have the clerk look up the transaction by our main credit card. System could not find it.

@target Just had one of the worst customer service experiences of my life with the MOD @ Target on L st in Omaha, NE. Total disrespect and asked for his DM name and would not give it to me. I asked for his name and he covered up his name tag with his hand. Avoid this location!!

@Target and she would not give it to me. I tried in good faith to return this item and it's not my fault your system could not find it. Is there someone who can help me with this return?

@Target I asked for the DM's name and he refused to give me that information. I asked for his name and he covered up his name tag with his hand and proceeded to leave customer service and walked to the break room. Another associate was exiting and I asked her for the MOD's name.

@Target By this time the 90 day return policy had expired. I spoke with the MOD explaining the situation. He informed me that b/c the item was slightly over 90 days there was nothing he could do. Pushed the receipt and the vacuum across the counter and said "enjoy the rest of your day".

@Target Visit #2 came back a few days later with additional credit cards my wife has and attempted to have the transaction looked up. Still no luck. Both of these associates were very kind and most helpful and apologized. My wife finally found the receipt and attempted to return Sunday.
