Portugal has finally dropped the World Cup song, it’s better than the France and brazils own. Francisco Conceição and Ronaldo’s part got me rolling on the floor.🤣

So there’s no musician in Portugal to create a song for their golden generation going into this World Cup? Vitinha, Bruno, Neves, Ronaldo, Mendez, Bernardo, Joao felix. I mean they should do better

if memecoins have a million fans, then i am one of them. if memecoins have ten fans, then i am one of them. if memecoins have only one fan then that is me. if memecoins have no fans, then that means i am no longer on earth. if the world is against memecoins, then i am against the world.

A little off topic post today. Recently helped a friend go through something and a lot of thoughts came into my head so i decided to make this post because it might help someone else too.
"A man who fears pain more than failure will taste both."
This is one of my favorite quotes of all time.
In anything in life, when someone prioritizes avoiding discomfort, rejection, embarrassment, criticism or the raw effort required over the risk of actually failing, they almost always end up with both pains regardless.
The slow pain of regret and stagnation from never truly trying and the eventual failure that comes anyway, because that's what inaction is, in its own form.
You have to look at pain as the entry fee on the road to something worthwhile and embrace it instead.
If you're willing to suffer and go back in the grind, that internal dialogue that you have with yourself when you're in misery and you're uncomfortable, is a real scary and unfiltered no lying dialogue between you and yourself. That's the real you, and when you're able to stay in that moment and talk back to yourself and start stripping those layers away that's where real growth happens.
All the bad things that happen in life are actually your ultimate training ground for everything that you will encounter in life. How you face/overcome that test will determine the rest of it.
So regardless of what's in front of you, go get it. Grind. Work. Put the hours in. Love. Be loved.
Because until death, all defeat is psychological.
