90d outcomes: GA favored (OR 1.22, CrI 0.79–1.87), 81% prob. superiority
Reperfusion: higher w/ GA (69% prob.)
sICH: 0.8% GA vs 2.4% sedation
GA pulled ahead: better outcomes, higher reperfusion, similar safety.
Putting pts to sleep may actually wake up better outcomes.
Resource availability & workflow disparities mean generalizability may differ, esp. in LMICs.
