@AlexHartley93 Things are going to improve in a long time Alex. Most females are now growing up not playing mixed cricket as a junior. Most are playing in poor quality women's leagues which counties don't manage in any way properly. Pathway girls open batting and bowling against mums,sister 1/2

@hainba67 @sportslaureate Yet in 10 years never had any specific bowling coaching and I mean proper bowling coaching from the county ever. The best one ever was when Neil Killeen did a one off session for the girls. Otherwise nothing. Standard higher at County when they grew up playing mixed.

County coaching isn't setting the world alight . My daughter played county cricket for 10 years and was on the England watch list,2/3
