Hello everyone, we are Moonthara, the Chinese unofficial fan support station for DewTee. We apologize for taking up your time with our statement about the unexpected fancon schedule adjustment: GMM TV confirmed on April 6 and May 29 that DewTee would attend the Fancon on September 19–20. Based on this official schedule, we signed an exclusive bridge banner advertising contract (No. TM-Q 482-2026) with the venue. The advertising spot and display period were customized according to the venue layout and performance time of this event. Yesterday, GMM TV unilaterally cancelled DewTee’s performance without prior notice or reasonable explanation. As the only core promotional subjects of this banner, their absence renders our entire fan support plan meaningless. We submitted a cancellation application to Thunder Dome but got rejected, and were warned that cancellation would restrict our future venue advertising cooperation. However, we predict that if we proceed with the original plan to hang exclusive support banners for Dew and Tee, it will easily spark widespread negative sentiment among fans. All funds of our station are raised voluntarily by Chinese DewTee fans, every donation represents sincere affection from fans. We have fully prepared the payment and have no intention of breaching the contract on our own. This sudden change has scrapped not only this advertising project but also multiple supporting fan support plans, while many fans suffered extra losses on flights and hotel bookings. Our Two Appeals to GMMTV@GMMTV： Release an official written statement to clarify the real reason for this unannounced performance cancellation, and issue a formal apology for the sudden schedule adjustment that brought various economic losses to fans. We sincerely urge GMMTV to assist us in communicating with the venue to complete contract cancellation and full refund procedures, and to take responsibility for the negative chain consequences caused by this sudden schedule change. We are making every effort to minimize fans’ losses and inform all fans of DewTee of our current predicament.
