You never truly know a man until you know his smell. The strongest smelling piece of gear a fireman has is his boots. No smell is stronger than deep inside a fireman's boots.

It's a sauna day again so first thing is to get water from the lake. It's -30 so water gets frozen instantly when touches surfaces, like rubber boots or bucket. Butyl rubber with felt lining is the best option for these temperatures as it stays stubble and soft even in cold.
