A lot of people don’t know what Systemic Racism actually means. In fact I think the term itself is misleading. It’s not about people today being racist. It’s about the lack of generational wealth that originally started because of racism, being passed on to various elements of life for certain groups today. Grok gives a great metaphor. “It's a never-ending game of Monopoly, where some players start with hotels on Boardwalk and Park Place, while others are still trying to find their way out of the "Go to Jail" corner. But with awareness and action, we can work to create a more equitable and just society for everyone.”
