2023 in the north WA is a drought. Some crops will be as bad as 2017 which was our previous driest year on record, but most will be considerably better due to advancements in agronomy. Crops will yield somewhere between what they look at what they should for 99mm

@Tedthekelpie It’s a funny one. I have spreadsheets etc but don’t pour over the numbers as I just have them all in my head. Lots of people know what’s wrong with a tractor they hear in the distance. I have a similar feel for the figures…….and call the mechanic @rudd_steele

I had 4 computer screens in my time working as an accountant. Thought going farming would get me away from them all……in my reefinating tractor setup I now have 3 screens 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

What is your experience with rotational grazing, what labour saving did you see when you changed?

Listened to a primary school principal last night who worked really hard to get school attendance up. Was having good success until covid and simply has not been able to restore the attendance. I was surprised but have to wonder what we have done.

@JamieNicolaou We use them on lease property reasonably happy with the system at least we can take it with us if the lease ends!

@IamFarmerRenee I have been involved with copious corporate leadership training mostly death by power point involving safety, ass covering and disciplinary action! But the best leadership training has come from my military side of life. Most leadership principles can be tracked back to military.

The reasons that have been identified are to take the land for migrants to be housed as there are further plans for more massive migration.
