Sadly this week one of our fab nurses Misbah left us to spread her wings in the community! Misbah was a student with us before joining us as a NQ nurse, now she’s ready for her next adventure! ⭐️Good luck ⭐️
Sorry for the abrupt departure earlier than planned but Charlotte will see you all again next year as she is now on maternity leave with new baby Margot who arrived safely yesterday 💕
But good news … Lisa is back at the helm so you are in the best hands! ⭐️🙌🏼
Crayford: original was my local and got me interested at a young age. As a pro snapper many years later I reported on new track's opening meeting, 1st September 1986. Sad and shocked to hear of its closure
Congratulations to Mark who received an excellence after Charlotte spoke to a discharged patient who recalled just how compassionate Mark was towards him, really making a difference to his stay! Well done Mark! 💫
Can you believe Pip didn’t see this monster hiding in the locker room the past week?! Good luck and best wishes to our Sister Pip as she goes off this week to get married! You will make a stunning bride! 🍾🤍
Congratulations to Minu and Renju on picking up their outstanding contribution awards they were nominated for at the international nurses day celebration event today! We couldn’t imagine our team without you both ⭐️⭐️ @JamesCh99588688@MrsArdron
Happy birthday to our super chef Minesh, who spent it making sure you were all fed then sharing his cake with us all! Gordon Ramsey has nothing on you Minesh! ⭐️
Appreciation post to all the amazing staff on @PearceWardMFT thank you for making me feel better once again I wouldn’t be here today without your continued support and a care for me. You are the best @WythenshaweHosp@cftrust#cystic-fibrosis
Did you hear Dr Barry is now Professor Barry?!
However as you can see he is still expected to be the ward handyman and of course Helen’s had him rearranging ceiling tiles today. We wouldn’t want it to go to his head….
Congratulations from everyone on Pearce Professor ⭐️
& we finally got a picture of Kate with her excellence award that she was nominated for for staying calm in an emergency and supporting the whole team throughout! Well done Kate, we, and the patients are very lucky to have you⭐️💫
Today we got accredited! Still awaiting result and full feedback but they did mention that the patient feedback was the best they’d had from any ward they’d done so thank you to all of you who gave us feedback today and through your surveys! & well done to the team on today ⭐️🤞🏼
🎉 Congratulations to Pip who was recently promoted to a band 6 but many of you know as one of our staff nurses, she has a passion for research which she hopes to bring to the ward alongside the holistic patient care we provide, we can’t wait to see what you bring to the role 🎉
Congratulations to our Ben on his excellence award, nominated for delivering exceptional care in very pressured circumstances! We’re very proud of you Ben and lucky to have you ⭐️ @JamesCh99588688@rachrobertson01@MrsArdron
Finally Minu has got her band 6 uniform and doesn’t she suit it?! Minu joined us from India a few years ago and has quickly become an experienced and looked up to member of the team! She is filling in for Beth until she returns from maternity and is already doing amazingly!
It is with much sadness that we have to report the passing in his sleep overnight of Blackstone Marco 🥲
He was a fantastic dog for us on the track and when he retired quickly became Lord of the Manor living @HjDimmock kennels.
RIP Marco #legend 🌈

💫 Good news post part 2! 💫
From March well also see the return of Mark, who worked on Pearce approx 4 years ago, into a band 6 role who I’m sure you all remember and will be just as glad to have him back as we will!
Welcome back Mark!
