@travisxjulian It shouldn't stop on the background (as long as it is connected with the lights), I just tried with the latest version and it works on the background. Does it still give you this problem?

@rugoso Hey there! I love your app Lights & Music! Everything’s is smooth however is there a way to run the app in the background? it seems to stop when i lock phone even.

@rugoso bought your lights & music app. Worked once, now it’s not finding my HUE bridge? Any ideas?

@JakeMiller83 Now I don't expect you to do this every time you want to use the app of course, but let's start here so we can see if it can connect with the bridge from a blank state.

@JakeMiller83 The first thing that comes to mind is: let's not beat around the bushes and delete the whole app from you device, then download it again (don't worry there's a restore purchase button, so not gonna pay again), and then try again.

For Lights and Music + Spotify users: There is a known issue with the Spotify version 8.5.22 (from September 10, 2019) when syncing with other apps. Here's a workaround: youtube.com/watch?v=kgnFOt…
