There are significant health disparities among the SGM community! 0.08% participation of transgender🏳️‍⚧️ or non-binary individuals in clinical trials! Considering 7% of individuals overall identify as LGBTQIA+ 🏳️‍🌈and 21% in Gen Z’s we have more to do!

Sad to hear that my colleague, mentor and friend John Fletcher passed away this morning. A true physician who laid the foundations of Haematology in Nottingham. He will be missed by many colleagues and families. Our thoughts are with Elisabeth and family
