Most campaign texts fail because they feel like broadcast instead of a one-to-one conversation. 3 ways to fix it: • Use MMS + video • Share useful and hyper-relevant voter info • Make it conversational & interactive Texting works when it feels human. Quick breakdown in this clip👇

The hardest part of running texting at scale is not writing messages. It is managing contact intake, sending lines and follow-up, without slowing your team down. Our latest release strengthens that intake-to-action pipeline: • 10DLC, short code and toll-free in one platform • Direct contact imports into existing groups • New Drip Campaign trigger: Join Group • Opt-In Dashboard for eligible subaccounts • Updated project UI now the default +A new platform experience enters alpha testing later this year. Sneak peek in the release 👀 Get the full scoop in the comments

🚫Meta is once again planning to tighten political advertising controls ahead of the 2026 midterms. Here is what teams should know ⤵️ Key updates: → New political ads blocked the final week before Election Day → Advertisers must complete authorization and disclose AI-generated content → Community Notes and expanded moderation will add context to political posts This updates reinforces a frustrating and growing pattern of political ad interference across major tech platforms each election cycle. Whether it expands to other platforms this year remains to be seen. Key takeaway: While Meta can be a great channel early in your campaign, expanding direct communication channels, like texting, email and mail becomes critical in the final weeks, when timing, message delivery and reliable access to your audience determine whether a message is actually seen. 🔗More on how Meta is preparing for the 2026 US midterm elections → Link in the comments

Texting is foundational in modern outreach. Yet many texting programs see inconsistent delivery rates and uneven engagement for the same reason: misunderstanding how the channel actually works. After working with 3,500+ campaigns and orgs, we continue to see the same misconceptions limit performance. We break down what most teams get wrong and what actually drives results. Most campaigns use texting like a billboard on the side of the highway. @ElectBondar used it to build real voter connection. Using a neighbor-texting approach, the campaign turned outreach into real conversations and measurable engagement, creating a model other campaigns can apply. Most people think a text goes straight to a phone. Spoiler alert: it does not. Every message passes through registries, aggregators and carrier infrastructure first, and that chain impacts delivery rates, timing and performance. A good texting provider should support the whole messaging chain, not just the “send” button. Does yours? Full guide: link in comments🥊
