Hello. This is my quarterly tweet to state that I am alive but my ME/CFS symptoms (brought on by long COVID) have worsened. I spend all my time in bed resting and haven't been able to do any computer work for months. It sucks and I am broke. That's all folks.

@briankardell @Rumyra Yup, I try to talk about content being fundamental vs advanced etc … as we are all beginners at so much of the things!

Am I the weird one for disliking the term “juniors” (and “seniors” in fact). I think it is due to the binary-ness. We all have a variety of experience and skill. We all bring ideas. I have seen interns deliver stunning impact and skill and I would never call them “junior”.

Follow-up: the results were very poor. After the refeed I had 3 bedridden zombie days, and I've now settled back to my baseline of low/mid-level constant fatigue 😶 glad I tried it, but a big fail.

I'm doing a 72h water-only fast to reset my #LongCovid-riddled immune system. Less than 2 hours in I have a dreadful craving for mac and cheese. Accountability tweet so I don't give up 💪
