KHS track & field athletes -- you must complete gokhs.org/xctfinterest by 2/6/26 and upload your physical and paperwork to gokhs.org/dragonfly and you must select Varsity Men's Track & Field or Varsity Women's Track & Field within dragonfly 2/10/2026

With the weather -- 2/16 is now no longer a teacher workday and tradition school day thus try-outs will start after school.

Indoor Track have a great holiday season and be safe. Our next meet is scheduled for 1/28.

@KnightdaleHS Fall @SPORTSatKHS start with try-outs July 30th at 4pm. If you are interested in any of the running sports, cross country, indoor track, and spring track.. complete the interest form, gokhs.org/xctfinterest and get your gokhs.org/dragonfly completed.

Congrats to the following athletes finishing in the top 8, & scoring points. Jacob - 7th in the 55m & 6th in the 300m. Garren - 3rd in the 55m and 3rd in the 300m. Christian - 3rd in the 500m. Jordyn - 6th in the 500m. Jayson - 4th in the LJ. Zoe - 5th in the TJ. Great job to all
