Has anyone else had issues when trying to withdraw money from @youpay via @runapay ? Got the link in my email and entered the recipient details, but when I click "continue to card details", nothing happens. I can't get to that page to enter my card details. Very disappointing. 😶

@runapay Could you actually have a good customer service my prepaid card was deactivated due to fraud after phone stolen and no help dispute was approved fully but funds went on deactivated card and RUNA can issue a new one & one minute it would take em instead I get how can I help u 5x!

@runapay these guys are horrible company with zero customer support. got my funds locked with their gift card and they don't even have a phone support. email support is just blaming on another merchant
