I am still enraged by being billed 31k whilst being out of the country for 3 weeks of the billing cycle and ever since I got a 30k bill it can't seem to go back down now I have been issued a 40k bill!

We are pleased to hear reports that @myJPSonline has commenced the reissuing of Bills, particularly those to customers who received estimated bills despite not having electricity. @TheOURja has committed to investigating the fuel rate charge billed to customers and will make the results of their probe public.

I think we all need to collectively strike against JPS. We all agree not to pay these ridiculous bills. They send out technicians to justify lies.
