Vulnerable progress post 😅 A little over 6 months in and I’m down 75 lbs on the scale. Still a ways to go, but working with @FIVESCORNER has been incredible! Also hit another PB today on leg press 😎 12 reps at 415 lbs. - that was after my 3 working sets of 3x12 at 350 lbs 💪

Why are people jerks!? My neighbors insist on sitting right outside of my window having loud conversations for an hour when I have to be up for work at 6:30am. They literally have a front and back porch. Why do they have to sit and talk yell 5 ft from my window at 3am?
