A reminder to keep going through any tough times. I fell off a ladder 3 years ago. This August, I've just breached 100 miles running for the first time in those 3 years! This would have seemed like an easy milestone 3 years ago when I was fast and fit. Now it seems huge 😍

HOW MUCH DIFFERENCE DOES THE HEAT MAKE? Well, now you know! Normally at say 15°C, this run would have been an easy pace and effort, with HR staying in Zone 2 (low) the whole way. However, at double that temperature, without increasing pace, my HR ramped up constantly throughout
