@kinohou666 Good luck!!! I’ve quit cold turkey a few times but always gave in and started again. But the last time I vaped was September 2023 and I haven’t touched nicotine since and I don’t miss it at all! The first week or two is so hard but once you get through that it gets so much easier

Hey y’all! I’m somehow alive I just haven’t posted in so long </3 I’ve been on my diet for 6 months now and I’ve lost 74.5 lbs😭 (33.8 kg) My bmi has gone from 61.3 to 49.3, 12 points! My goal is 299.9 by my birthday later this month, we’ll see how that goes :’) 5.4 left to go!!

@kinohou666 You can get through this ❤️ I know how incredibly hard it is to stop, I’ve been doing it on and off for almost 9 years. But even for me I believe there may be a day where you can really put in your mind that it’s worth it to stay clean- for your child, family, and for yourself ❤️
