Ordered medicines worth ₹776 from @Tata1mg, but the delivery guy asked extra ₹80 citing “price inflated.” I already paid online! He refused to deliver. What if someone urgently needed those meds? Unethical & unacceptable @tandon_prashant #Tata1mg #ConsumerRights #PharmacyFraud

Worst part — their “Help” section has no real support or contact option. No way to talk to a human and explain the issue. Please take this seriously @Tata1mg — this is about trust, ethics, and people’s health!

Order id PO31425555476028 The order was cancelled, and refund initiated. This isn’t the first time it happened. Earlier too, I was forced to pay extra. It’s totally unethical to change prices after payment and then refuse delivery.
