@heroku @HerokuDevCenter Trying to create my private space for the Fir pilot but it keeps telling me it’s $1000/month. I know the FAQ says it’s not during the pilot, but the UX has me spooked. Can you confirm Fir Private Spaces are fee?

So, not only can we not seem to find a way to buy usable licenses to use your product, once we buy ones we cannot use, we can't cancel them.

Support person says she can't find my account without it, even though my "Subscriptions" page shows a "Unique User Identifier" number, which she says won't work.
