For other plastics (toys and such) impose an environmental tax/surcharge of 25% and use the money for recycling and buyback programs, e.g., at a bulk rate of $3 per pound.

@EarthlySteward @ClimateHuman The biggest challenge or our time is not excess CO2 from fossil fuels but plastic pollution and factory farming. The CO2 can be easily absorbed. Just dont mow your lawn for a few months and see how much carbon it absorbs.
