@mrkhutter We study this every day and the most important part is to have them. Once you are consistently having them you want to vary the quality of the conversation. Sometimes it is a working session, maybe a vent, you have to read the direct report and make sure they are getting value.

I always am trying to find the balance between totally free form and prefab structured one on ones, but it's hard. Any thoughts? #tech #leadership #1on1s
