Update on my back for those that know…. I went back to the doctor today for an updated scan of muscle tear. Medication not working as it should be already. Shots not relaxing the muscle. Back brace helps but not helping in healing. Surgery scheduled for Friday the 27th. They are going to go in and stretch the muscle out manually and staple stitch it back together. Said it should take about three hours to do and I’ll be home same day. No lifting of more than 3 lbs for two weeks. I can go back to work on Monday if I can walk without major pain. (Here’s the catch: I have to be able to get up out of a chair and walk without a cane for this to happen.). I must wear the back brace for three weeks then return back to see him.

Strength is more powerful when you put something down rather than continue to carry it.

Well today was a typical Monday for sure. I need a complete do over. While at work today I had a slight injury. At what I thought was a pulled muscle because worse. And a trip to Doctor showed it to be a Moderate tear Quadratus Lumborum Muscle. So not what I wanted or needed in my life right now.
