Today sees the first of our #RSV clinics done and it was very positive. Patients were informed and receptive, and we managed the reconstitution process in 5min appts.
Look forward to protecting more 75-80yo over the next few months

I've been working with student nurses on placement in GP Practices across my ICB, who would LOVE to start their career in GP land, but there are no jobs advertised that are accessible to them. NQNs bring so much enthusiasm and innovation, and we should be embracing them!

@lizzy_bitz Same. I’m putting together a business case to demonstrate the benefits of taking her on: 2yr Apprenticeship inc. Fundamentals + other training. If we have a vacancy in 2yrs great but she’ll be set up as a GPN. Compared to locum HCA/nurse she will be value for money.

So Laine, our student nurse has her last day today. We’ve give her support to find a job whilst here because she’s fallen in love with PC. I’m sure she will go far, no room with us at the time otherwise we would have kept tight hold of her 🥰I love my job sometimes #GPN
