UKIP 2015: 3.8m votes - 12.6% Reform 2024: 4m votes - 14.3% The media narrative could easily be: why hasn’t the hard-right made more progress in the last ten years? But it isn’t.

Very excited to finally have my PROMOTe trial paper out in Nature Communications! We showed that a prebiotic food supplement can improve cognition versus placebo. The gut microbiome holds huge promise as a therapeutic target for age-associated morbidity. nature.com/articles/s4146…

Sadiq Khan
Sadiq Khan@SadiqKhan·
Are you the same guy who dropped his house building targets? Because I’m the guy who started building more council homes than the rest of England combined, exceeded your affordable homes targets & built more homes of any kind than since the 1930s. This is desperate nonsense.
Rishi Sunak@RishiSunak

Labour’s Sadiq Khan has failed to deliver the homes London needs, driving up prices and making it harder for families to get on the housing ladder. So I’m stepping in to boost house building and make home ownership a reality again for Londoners. standard.co.uk/news/politics/…

Here’s the video of my debate with @AllanRSavory: “Is livestock grazing essential to mitigating climate change?”. Allan requested the debate and insisted on the title. I wondered how he would argue a case for which there's precisely no evidence. OMFG.🧵 youtube.com/watch?v=rhwEaC…

@talktellme @AyoCaesar Rail workers in other countries leave gates open while continuing to run services, targeting bosses without inconveniencing travelers. The Conservatives made this practice (called a revenue strike) illegal in the UK specifically so that they could pit customers against unions.
