The "Unofficial Builds" @Nodejs project ships some binaries that don't fit into official build set. In unofficial-builds.nodejs.org/download/relea… there are Node 12.1.0 binaries for linux-armv6l, linux-x64-musl, linux-x86 and an experimental win-arm64 that's making its debut.
