It’s strange. Trump has a reputation for being emotional, mercurial and temperamental but we never see him lose his cool. We saw Joe Biden snap a thousand times even though the media slobbered all over him. Have we ever actually seen Trump snap? This is as close as he comes.

🚨 WOW! President Trump just REAMED a CBS reporter for reading off the WHCA Dinner's manifesto, referring to admin officials as "pedophiIes" "I am NOT a pedophile. You read that crap from some SICK person." "Your friends on the other side of the plate are the ones who were involved with Epstein." "You shouldn't be reading that on 60 Minutes. You are a DISGRACE. Go ahead, let's finish the interview."

@AriFleischer Wow, you're a real dope, Ari. That statement is incredibly hypocritical..."Most divisive"...have you read any statements from Trump about his opponents? Are you so desperately craving relevance that you post such garbage?

This is another example showing how Barack Obama is one of the most divisive figures in American politics today. So many of our divisions were caused by the smug, demeaning and narrow-minded way he treats his opponents. Here, he pretends to not know the truth about the would-be assassin, although the facts of his left wing views were public hours before Obama’s tweet. It’s classic Obama - pretend to be conciliatory while he is the one who creates the divide. You would hope that Obama would condemn the left after the left tries to kill a President. But that’s too much to ask. Once again, Obama proves himself to be a classless divider of our country.

Although we don’t yet have the details about the motives behind last night's shooting at the White House Correspondents Dinner, it’s incumbent upon all us to reject the idea that violence has any place in our democracy. It’s also a sobering reminder of the courage and sacrifice that U.S. Secret Service Agents show every day. I’m grateful to them – and thankful that the agent who was shot is going to be okay.

THE TRUE ENEMY OF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE: Career-politicians. Both Democrats and Republicans. My political opponent - @SenMarkey - got his law degree in 1972. He was still in school while running for office. WITHIN A YEAR of getting his law degree - he was already in office - AND HE’S NEVER LEFT! HE’S BEEN ON A GOVERNMENT PAYROLL FOR 53 YEARS. He got his law degree in 1972 at age 25 or 26 with congressional records stating he spent about a year in what the records call “private practice.” Yet, there is no documented evidence of any actual clients, cases, or firm. In sun, he’s been a career politician since the age of 26. He turns 80 in July. The reason Ed Markey still talks about driving an ice cream truck in the 1960s (before I was born) is because it’s the last real private sector job he’s ever had! He has never built a business - never signed a client - never met a payroll - never paid a bill like the ones his policies create for MA families. He co-authored the Green New Deal. His green energy mandates have caused electricity prices to skyrocket in MA. But he doesn’t live in MA. The average residential electricity rate in Chevy Chase, Maryland - where Markey has lived for 30 years - is 16 cents per kilowatt-hour - while MA families pay 33 cents. In other words, MA families pay MORE THAN DOUBLE what Markey pays. He mandates the policies that drive your bill through the roof. Then he goes home to a state where electricity costs half as much. He writes the rules. You pay the price. He feels none of it. #mapoli #MASen #Deaton

I asked a 25-year-old what worries him most… it wasn’t politics, it was the wealth gap. For 30 years, Washington has printed money, driven up prices, and made ownership harder than ever. The result? Young Americans locked out of the very things that build wealth like homes, investments, and opportunity. This isn’t about hating success. It’s about restoring it. It’s time to give the American Dream back to the next generation.

@atrupar So a bartender who grosses $50k (wage + tips) pays taxes on only a portion of that. The guy that delivers the beer grosses $50k (wage only) and pays tax on all of it. How is that fair?

I’m a Republican. I supported Trump. I raised money for him, I voted for him. I donated $60,000 to his campaign. Trump lied. He rugpulled us all. I didn’t vote for Lindsey Graham / America Second policies. You can disagree with me if you want. It’s your right to be fooled. But if you say I have “TDS” or am a “liberal” you need a new argument. There are millions of conservatives and members of the now torched “broad coalition” just like me. The only ones left supporting him are MAGA always Trumpers who place the man above the policies and our country.

Good morning to everyone in Massachusetts who is wondering where our revenue is going to come from as more of the tax base needed to run this state keeps leaving. Wouldn’t it be nice to have leadership focused on keeping people and opportunity right here in our state? Not too long ago, Massachusetts saw about 41,000 residents leave in a single year, taking roughly $4.2 billion in income with them. What really stands out is that around 70% of that came from top earners, the very people contributing a large share of the tax revenue. With how expensive it already is to live here, you’d think the priority would be making Massachusetts more competitive and affordable. Instead, it raises a real question: how much more is lost now that we’re in 2026? We have an opportunity to elect leaders who understand what’s at stake and are willing to take action to keep residents, jobs, and investment right here at home.

Donald Trump was overwhelmingly elected by the American people to be our President and Commander in Chief. As our Commander in Chief, he is responsible for determining what is and is not an imminent threat, and whether or not to take action he deems necessary to protect the safety and security of our troops, the American people and our country.  The Office of the Director of National Intelligence is responsible for helping coordinate and integrate all intelligence to provide the President and Commander in Chief with the best information available to inform his decisions.  After carefully reviewing all the information before him, President Trump concluded that the terrorist Islamist regime in Iran posed an imminent threat and he took action based on that conclusion.
