RWG Status

We're back up (unexpectedly quickly, too!) Come on home, folks! :D

Just a reminder that RWG will be down for several days as of sometime tomorrow morning for a major software upgrade. Will post updates here.

Update: Server took longer to sort out than expected, but now making progress (albeit slowly). More info soon, I hope

update: we'll be moving to a new server. Waiting for the hosts to get it ready so that we can begin the reinstall.

Sorry, folks - it ain't you. RWG is down. One of our servers crashed and burned earlier today. Working on a fix now. More info later

Oke. We think we know what the problem is. We have a support ticket open with our hosts. It may well be tomorrow before we're back up.

Update: Confirmed that we have a problem with the server. Investigating further. Apologies for the downtime, folks.

Sorry folks, but RWG is currently down. Not sure of the cause just yet. Will report back when we know more.

DNS problems seem to be over now - 500+ folks already found their way back to the board :)

Apologies if you're having problems accessing RWG. It's not us - there's a DNS problem that is affecting us. We just gotta wait it out

RWG is back up on a new server. Some of you will already have access - others will have to wait for your ISPs DNS to catch up with our move.

Problems caused by faulty controller. Taking the opportunity to upgrade to a shiny new server. Will take some time but will be worth it.

Confirmed that we have a corrupt disk array. Attempting repair. We have a full up-to-date backup, so we won't lose data. More later.

RWG is currently down due to a disk failure. We will be down for at least 24 hours. Please check the RWG hangout at RWI for further info.
