@JonSpaceman Hi Jon, there is no limit on unlimited balances, it’s just that our billing systems require us to put an arbitrary figure. If these are ever reached (which is unlikely) they get renewed to allow for calls to continue. Thanks

@rwgcomms Now I can check my balance, why is my unlimited calling showing as 2956 minutes remaining? This isn’t unlimited and customers should have been notified of any change to the account bundles, with the option to leave and refund for the remaining contract period of time.

@rwgcomms Hi, I have PAYG with £11. Can check balance but when try to make a call to any other valid working numbers they all say "this number is not recognised" and other people trying to call just cuts off.

@rwgcomms got a PAYG sim which can't make calls, I've tried checking the Balance but it comes back with an encoding error, so I may or may not have run out of credit for the account but I can't check. Are you able to check if I DM the number?
