@ssteingraber1 @westernwalking Very thought provoking - how to un-hobble ourselves from capitalism that makes us a great economy and country in the first place. Needs to be done but that would mean big pharma, ag, etc would have to turn loyalist to the country before the checkbook.

Here’s a flavor: “Cheap abundance isn’t looking cheap anymore. Foreign companies, some tied to domestic corruption or unfriendly governments, sit atop our meat, seed, fertilizer and chemical supply chains. They shackle us to their corporate needs, not our national interests....”
